Spicy Red Wine Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
3-5 lbs. chicken wings
1/2 cup orange juice or cranberry juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup Spicy Red Wine Jelly, melted
Dash of Tabasco Sauce

Directions:
Arrange chicken wings in shallow glass container.  In medium bowl, combine juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, Soiree Wine Jelly and Tabasco sauce; mix well.  Pour sauce over chicken wings.  Cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.  Turn wings once in a while to marinate evenly.
Lift wings from marinade and place in a shallow baking pan.  Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender.  Baste every 15 minutes with reserved marinade during baking.  Serves 8 to 12
*Try this with Orange Chardonnay Wine Jelly instead of Red Wine Pepper!
