Soiree Wine Jelly Meatloaf

1 1/4 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup wine jelly of your choice (above flavors are recommended)
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. prepared horseradish

Combine first 5 ingredients.  Mix well.  In separate dish combine next 4 ingredients.  Mix well.
Place half of second mixture with meat mixture.  Mix well.  Shape meatloaf and place in baking dish.  Spoon the remaining jelly mixture over top.  Bake 400 degrees covered or till done.  To caramelize or thicken, save about one tablespoon of the jelly mixture and put on top of meatloaf, bake uncovered for the last 5 minutes.
