Pomegranate Pinot Noir Glazed Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs.  lean ground turkey or chicken
3 tbsp. low-fat plain yogurt
3 tbsp. coarsely chopped walnuts – optional
1 jar Soiree Wine Jelly – your choice (I recommend any of the red wine jellies; Pomegranate Pinot Noir, Red Wine Pepper, or Mulled Port)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl and gently mix to combine.  Roll into 1″ balls and put in oven safe frying pan.  Bake in oven for 10 minutes.  Remove and add Wine Jelly to pan.  Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes to glaze meatballs.  Stir every few minutes to coat meatballs and then spoon into serving dish.  Serve hot with bamboo skewers.
* To super-simplify this you can buy frozen PLAIN meatballs from your local grocer.  Do not use Italian meatballs, those are pre-seasoned with ingredients which will change this entirely.
