1 cooked, spiral-cut smoked Ham (10-12 lbs)
6 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
3/4 cup Soiree Orange Chardonnay Wine Jelly
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 brown sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except for ham in food processor, and blend until smooth. Pour all ingredients over ham and bake for one hour or until ham is heated through and the glaze is browned.
*I think this would also be good with Pomegranate Pinot Noir!
